You can dilute tea tree oil with water and apply it topically. Apply it to the affected area twice a day until the infection is gone. Leave it on for about five minutes before washing it off.

Yet, a little bit of ginger could be very useful anti-inflammatory. You should try to dilute it in the bathwater and allowing it to sit for fifteen minutes. This will provide a soothing effect on the inflamed tissue.

Turmeric is another spice that is used for many ailments. Its active ingredient called “Curcumin” provides the body with natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. So it can also be useful in treating arthritis.

Turmeric is easily available in many natural food stores. If you cannot find it, you can purchase it from an online supplier. But be sure to read the instructions carefully before adding the spice to your regular diet.

You can also buy the powder form of dry ginger and add it to your salads. It can also be applied topically to the affected area two times a day. It will provide some good, healthy properties to your joints that will help to reduce inflammation and pain.
