Get Fit with Daily Workouts Using These Epic Exercise Apps

Workout & Exercise Apps to Help You Get Healthy and Stay Fit

We can’t all afford personal trainers, so what are you supposed to do when you want to get fit fast? Believe it or not, mobile apps are a great way to go. We have some experience with daily exercise apps, and they can really make the exercise process easier, more effective, and – believe it or not – fun.

We decided to do some research to see what is new to the market in terms of exercise apps you can use daily. In the process, we discovered a website that has a list of the best ten daily workout apps; immediately, we knew we had something great to work with. Below down, we have hand-picked from the best 10 daily workout apps you install on your smartphone.

Best 10 Daily Workout Apps

After trying a number of different apps, we came up with our favorite three new (or new to us) daily exercise apps. These, along with our thoughts (and pros and cons), are what we will share with you today.

1. Seven – Rating: 4.6, Downloads: 1M

Seven is a great option for beginners who are just getting started on your fitness journey. You have the ability to choose your goals and fitness level in order to create a personalized workout plan.

Plus, routines are only 7-minutes long and are designed to maximize your benefits in no time flat, so there is never any wasted downtime.

The interface is also simple, with instructional graphics to help make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.

While the app is technically free, there is a limited amount of exercises available in the free version.

However, if you’re enjoying your experience with the exercises, the fee is a small price to pay for good quality, time-saving exercises you can do just about anywhere. It’s just up to you to determine if you want to pay the money or not.

Pros: Exercises are only seven minutes long, you set your exercise goals and create a workout plan that works for you

Cons: Many exercises cost money

Overall: As long as you don’t mind dropping a bit of money on this app, you’ll want to keep exploring the wide variety of quick, innovative workouts offered with Seven

2. Gym Workout Tracker – Rating: 4.8, Downloads: 1M

Don’t worry if you’re a workout newbie, Gym Workout Tracker has videos that break down the moves of each exercise. This ensures that you practice the correct form every single time.

If you’re already in great shape and just want to improve a specific section of your body, you can search by muscle group to get customized fitness routines tailored to your needs.

In addition, there are hundreds of pre-programmed workouts; you can even create and upload your very own routines.

Just know that if you have an iPhone and are planning to switch to an Android (or vice versa) you may have a bit of difficulty transferring your workout history.

We’re not 100% sure why this is – it could be various formatting changes due to the different mobile software.

Pros: Customize your workouts to fit your body needs, great for exercise newbies

Cons: Switching between Android or iOS versions of the app is tricky

Overall: If you plan on switching your phone, make sure to pay attention that you have all the data you need. Otherwise, you’ll enjoy how easy it is to keep track of your progress

3. 8fits Workout & Meal Planner – Rating: 4.7, Downloads: 10M

It can be hard scheduling time to workout with your busy schedule. 8fits Workout is great because you can exercise anywhere and at any time with helpful workouts that require no gym equipment.

The app offers you the ability to locate workouts that are specifically designed for you and your body, whether those happen to be leg workouts, ab workouts, or anything in between. You can even start building a healthier diet with more than 400 recipes and food suggestions to choose from.

If you happen to be someone who is interested in sharing your progress and seeing the progress of others, this app does not offer that functionality. Of course, you can always do that on your own (via social media), but you won’t be able to do that through this app.

Pros: Customize workouts for your specific body type, browse healthy recipes and food suggestions

Cons: You cannot share your progress with others (through the app)

Overall: As long as you don’t mind sharing your progress via word of mouth or social media, you’ll enjoy the amount of content this app offers in terms of exercise and nutrition.
